Luis Zarate is the Admin/Estimator at Primo Construction Pro with a lifelong construction background. Raised around his father’s successful painting business, he developed an early understanding of jobsite standards, scheduling, and what quality work looks like. He later spent many years working hands-on as a painter himself, giving him real field perspective on production and finishes. Today, he applies that experience to create clear scopes of work, accurate estimates, and well-documented change orders that help Primo run organized, profitable projects.
