Co‑founders Jorge Tello and Armando Pino bring together more than 30 years of combined expertise across real estate, new‑construction building, home renovation, and large‑scale project management.
Jorge Tello
Entrepreneurship has been part of my life from an early age, growing up around family businesses rooted in real estate, mortgages, and home renovation. I earned my real estate license in 2010 and have spent over a decade immersed in the housing industry, gaining experience across real estate sales, mortgages, home flipping, and construction. Early in my career, I partnered with one of the top privately owned new-construction builders in the Southeast, where I spent five years guiding clients through the full ground-up building process. During that time, I sold hundreds of new homes, earned Rookie of the Year and Sales Team awards, and developed a deep understanding of construction systems, sales, and customer experience.
Alongside my professional journey, my wife Amanda and I built Buy Sell Love ATL, a husband-and-wife real estate team where we worked as business partners and produced $50M+ in sales while raising our family. As parents to a 13-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter, family remains at the core of everything I do. My hands-on experience flipping homes with family deepened my passion for renovation, design, and quality execution, ultimately leading me to co-found PrimoConstruction Pro with my cousin.
Today, PrimoConstruction Pro is a multi-million-dollar construction and renovation company built on strong systems, thoughtful design, and real client relationships. I take pride in the details and in bringing each client’s vision to life. For me, success means doing the job right and leaving clients genuinely proud of the final result.
